They did the whole construction portion of the project, including… More demoing the entire kitchen and flooring, removing a load bearing wall, moving plumbing, moving electrical, installing new fixtures and electrical outlets, painting, finishing work, etc. etc. My house is old and quirky (as they are), but they handled unexpected issues on the fly and came up with solutions that worked quickly.Adrian and his team were punctual and professional. I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, but Adrian and crew have restored my faith and I have already recommended them to friends in the area.The prices were very affordable as well, which was great as he has a whole team of specialized employees who were able to complete the entire project. I hired IKEA to install the cabinets and countertops, but Adrian said he does have his own cabinet contacts for those who might need one. Magnet did everything else.The job was completed faster than I expected, which is very rare in construction, especially in 2022. The entire project from start to finish took 21 days, which included a 10 day wait for the countertops to be cut/installed in the middle.Don’t hesitate to reach out to Magnet for an estimate for your remodeling project, I would hire them again.
I had my master bathroom shower room remodeled by Magnet Remodeling and it has been a few months since full completion. I could not be happier… More with the results and it has held up perfectly since then. Magnet sent crews out punctually on time and were able to begin demolition and reconstruction very quickly, obviously only having to wait for certain things to be fabricated like the new window and glass doors.The quoting and estimate process was a definite highlight for me when choosing to work with Magnet. Everything I asked for was quoted on its own line item with cost and I feel this is far more honest and transparent than some quotes that are just a nebulous grand total. In fact this fully detailed quote allowed me to see anything I had forgotten to be included, like the niches in the shower walls. Magnet will quote exactly what you ask for so it's definitely a good idea to know what you want. They don't upsell you which is great for their integrity, but they are also open to discussing options if you aren't sure what you want to include.The workers, their quality, and devotion to their craft are also superb and they did a really good job cleaning up after themselves after each day of work. There was never mountains of debris or clouds of dust pouring out of the work area and work proceeded quickly and steadily from one thing to the next. Demolition and plumbing work began on the same day, drywall right after that was done, then tile work began the very next week. As mentioned the only things I had to wait for were the expected glass fabrication items and Magnet provided full transparency of this. If there's one thing I appreciate greatly as a homeowner it's the dedication from a company to get the job done in a timely manner and Magnet does not disappoint.Good work is harder to find these days and I'm grateful to have found it with Magnet Remodeling.
